Just a quick catch up post today- since New Year we’re pleased to say that we’ve been busier than ever, both with properties that we’re putting on the market for clients, and also having had floods of enquiries about our current properties for sale from interested parties.
After a slower end to the year, what with Christmas looming, and also the with the uncertainty over Brexit and The General Election making potential buyers/sellers nervous, it appears that people are now feeling more positive and just cracking on with moving house regardless.
London as a whole is ‘on the up’ again, with buyers flocking in record numbers (you can read more about this HERE) and the borough of Bromley is no exception.
