How long have you lived in the Bromley area?
All my life!
Has the rental/lettings market changed in any way due the current uncertainty around Brexit?
Rentals has remained consistent. We have been letting plenty of properties in the local area which is great.
Most unusual property that you’ve helped rent out/let?!
Most of the properties we deal with are fairly conventional but we have just let a beautiful family home in Pickhurst Park.
What things make a property desirable for rental?
Close proximity to good local schools and transport, good condition inside and if they are realistically priced this obviously helps.
And the hardest?
Over pricing is a problem which is why we try to manage our landlords expectations. Obvious things such as cleanliness and general upkeep can have huge effect when trying to let a property.
Favourite place to visit in Bromley?
Bromley football club!
Best thing about living where you live/ why should people move to Bromley?
Close to local amenities, good schools and friendly faces- love it here!
